Parking: Please be mindful of the space your car is taking. Pull as far forward as possible. Remember that you can park in the long driveway adjacent to the studio. If you park out front along Bridge Street instead of in our two driveways, for your safety, park off the street on our lawn. Thank you!

Yoga instruction

All classes are ongoing; you can
start anytime.
All Levels
A standard Svaroopa class with a full spectrum of asanas. For all levels of ability; beginners welcome.
Deeper
An intermediate level for students who have at least one full year of Svaroopa yoga practice and permission from the instructor. A home practice is expected to support the deeper process.
Advanced Bliss
This class requires an interview and is for advanced students with no less than two years' experience with deeper Svaroopa yoga classes and a well-established home practice. |
